Hi.
I would like to know that the message "The book was sent to you," comes when the giveaway creator has given the book for courier or when delivery is confirmed.

Hi, thank you for your message.
The notification about sending the book is marked by the giveaway creator. If you have doubts whether the book is on its way to you, please contact the giveaway author -- go to a blog page of the giveaway creator and click an envelope icon in the upper right corner to send him/her a private message on BookLikes.

What do you do if the blog page of the giveaway creator doesn't answer. I never received the "the book was sent to you" message this time, which I had before in other giveaways I won from this creator, but they are only responded to one saying they'll look into it. I am beginning to think I shouldn't look for it anymore.

If you did not receive a book that you've won in the giveaway process, please let us know with the links to the given giveaway (the link can be found on the Giveaway page / Giveaways I've entered tab) -- we'll contact the giveaway creator.

Please have in mind that it is the giveaway created responsible for the book shipment, not the BookLikes team. Nevertheless, we're always eager to help our members in collecting the books and we'll forward your requests and doubts with the giveaway author.

I received a message 4 days ago stating they shipped out the book that day.
if I have any further issues I will let you know.

Hi, we've sent a reminder to the giveaway author concerning this giveaway.

Please have in mind that the shipping process takes some time and it's very probable that the book is already on its way to you.

We trust that our authors send the notification "The book was sent to you" when he/she sends out the books to the winners.

We'll let you know about the updates as soon as possible.
