I am having issues with my account and have emailed folks directly, contacted through the Need Help area, reached out through Facebook, etc...some avenues I tried over a week ago and have gotten no response. Does anyone know who I can contact?? I am close to giving up.

I've only ever gotten a direct response from them on Twitter.
