Hello fellow readers - this is a new thread for you to add any books that you'd like to recommend to the group, in any format: eBooks, paperbacks, old or new - even any audio books.

Please add what you want in this thread! Happy reading.

I'll start with a new author and book:
A Step Into Darkness by Barb Shadow who is cofounded the Sullivan Paranormal Society, an investigative team in upstate New York

It looks like an excellent read

I really enjoyed that story as well. I just recommended it to someone on Goodreads (am I allowed to mention that site here? lol)

LOL, lots of goodreads refugees here. Not mentioning goodreads and Amazon on book sites is like not mentioning Kleenex and Puffs when talking about facial tissue.
Just wanted to remind group members that if you have a book that you liked and want to let us in on it, post it in this thread. Happy reading #supernatural #thrillers #ghoststories
I finished Origin by Dan Brown and enjoyed it very much, I think perhaps his best so far.

I also read the newest release by one of this group's favorite authors - Jeremy Bates -
Mountain of the Dead: A suspense horror mystery (World's Scariest Places Book 5) but they are all stand alone books - so no worries of catching up on a series or anything. This book is one of my favorites by Jeremy Bates (though I really enjoyed Suicide Forest and Catacombs) it's written a little differently, back dropping the historical event thread vs the suspense going on in the current story. I like that it was exploited from a real life mysterious event. I liked the way he added photos of the original team that was mysteriously lost . . . that said, I don't want to give anything away. All said and done, it was suspenseful, paced well, creative characters, great dialogue, and of course a monster or two) - I recommend this book for anyone who enjoys horror - and/or historical fiction.

Oh, and if you do load a book, give the author some honest feedback with a review. Nothing elaborate is necessary, short & sweet does the trick. It means a lot to the author and the book's success.

Hello All, I added a new discussion with another Book Funnel Mystery Suspense give away - also added some books onto the shelf of possible future reads. Take a look and if you like and give it a thumbs up, or better yet add a book you want the group to read. Anyone in the group can recommend a book.
