It is probably not for everyone. I don't even know whether I will like it or not, but it's definitely a dark read.

I am about 40% in now. What a ride it was. From the title, I really didn't expect this one to be 100% consensual. It's not even dubcon. Why on earth did Amazon banned it? Weird. Perhaps the title and that cover didn't jive with Amazon.
I am liking both MCs so far. They are both compelling. Luke is such a lusty wanton man. *chuckles*
I noticed that about the repetitions too. It's just minor annoyance for me as I am reading in a pretty slow pace (it's my usual speed as I don't have much time to read really) that's why this aspect of the book didn't really irritates me as much. He just sorta tried to recap at the beginning of each book.
I am enjoying their budding relationship too. Can we call this a slow burn romance? Was it really romance? Cos I can't tell just yet. I am only at 65% or so into the book. :P
The icky body fluid thingy isn't my kind of thing too. But Luke's enthusiasm makes up for it.
I believe it's more due to the title and cover that suggested hardcore noncon stuff that provoked Amazon's reaction. Many readers thought that this is a very depraved book just by looking at its title and cover. I too was one of them. Was so surprised when it turned out like this - all consensual yet hot.
