I'd like to be able to add books to my shelf that aren't released yet. For example, I just pre-ordered a book but because it isn't out yet, when I went searching for it on BookLikes, it wasn't available. It wasn't a pre-order from Amazon but from the publisher.
You can already add your own book entries. When you search for something there should be a link at the bottom of the results to add a new book.
There's no way to automate it? Even the books on Amazon that are for pre-orders don't show up and to be honest, I don't have the time to add every single book that I want to add that's not out yet
There is no way to automate it that I know of. I added a lot of books manually myself that even though they were listed on Amazon, the version that was listed didn't have the cover I wanted(something I'm very picky about). Yeah it's tedious, but if you really want the books on your book shelf and that's the only way to do it, then I'm sure you'll make time for it. If you only do a few at a time each day, then I'm sure you'll be done before you know it.
Or you could just sit and wait hoping that BookLikes adds this feature, but by the time they add it, if they decide to, then you probably could have manually added all of them by then anyway.
