Well, so far so weird... :D I read a bit during my lunch time, and while there's something under the surface of what we're being told that's really intriguing (and mind you I'm only on the third chapter), I'm finding the writing style and some of the character traits somewhat jarring.
Hopefully others will chime in, too, as they read.

Thank you! It's not a bad book, and I've just started reading (and definitely want to keep reading to find out what's going on). So there's lots of time for the characters to come into their own and let us get to know them.
