Was mostly underwhelmed by this first book in the series. The world-building felt very spotty in the beginning which made the pace seem slightly uneven. Not to mention one of my least favorite tropes is the H/H falling for each other instantly. Overall, liked the writing and I see why so many people...
To be honest I wasn't really expecting much from this book. I just thought this was some romance no-brainer that I could steam-roll my way through. But I was wrong, this is a pretty fantastic book. And Hari was adorable.Normally I don't really care for the insta-love type romances, though I don't min...
This was a freebie for the kindle, and it was okay. It lays alot of ground work for future books, but nothing about it really grabbed me. I'd need a good recommendation from someone else to continue reading the series.
Very enjoyable paranormal romance. I liked the way that power was introduced. The set up for future books was well done as well - the side characters were likable.Hero/heroine were believable and I liked their interaction. ANother one where there isn't a "big misunderstanding." Yay!Got this one as a...

New author to me referred to me by Book Daze. This is a very enjoyable read. I like these stories of captured and enslaved men at the whims of a woman. It's a trope which isn't exactly common but I've read several of them and each one has been good. This one is definitely a great read. I liked ...
