4.5 stars. If you put The Time Traveler's Wife, The Lake House, and The Butterfly Effect into a blender with an extra helping of sweetness, you'd come out with something similar to Time Between Us.If only we were separated by this distance. But we're not. We're separated by this distance plus sevent...
Okay, call me a judgmental person. At first I thought that this book was boring (shame on me shame on me shame on me) based on the cover. (I need to slap myself.) Usually, I dislike contemporary novels. A lot. With some exceptions. Well, as I've been reading more and more contemporary novels and a w...
"I don't think I can go back to a life without you."My face goes blank and I just stare at him. " What are you saying?""I'm saying...I'm completely in love with you. And...I'm wondering...what if I didn't leave, after all?Loving someone from a distance is hard. What's even harder is when distance is ...
For more of my reviews, check out Books For YA!I'm a big fan of time-travelling stories ever since the movie Back to the Future. So, when I read about the blurb of Time Between Us, I didn't even think twice and added it immediately on my TBR.Anna is the kind of girl who loves adventure. Her dream to...
More of my reviews at Secrets of Lost Words.Rating: A-I wouldn't say this is one of those girl-meets-boy book.. Just no. This is perhaps one of the best contemporaries I've read in a while :) For one, the idea of time travelers are awesome. Now Anna lives in 1995, but Bennett is from 2012. Bennett c...
4.5 stars!! I can admit it... I haven't really read a lot of time travel books, so I was a bit leery going into this. I don't know what I was thinking. I absolutely loved it. Anna lives in 1995 in Chicago.Bennett lives in 2012 in San Francisco. They were never supposed to meet.Bennett has an incredi...
Due to copy and paste, formatting has been lost.I think that there's something to be said about time travel books: they can be a bit confusing, what with all the jumping around in time. I clearly consider myself an expert after reading a couple of them, but the others that I've read actually haven't...
This was sweet! And for the sequel..I'm not for it..but well, who asks me anything anyway!?Review posted at Ja čitam, a ti? I must admit that I've read only few books about time traveling and that's why I wanted to read this book in a first place. Then later after reading some amazing reviews I knew...
Cross posted here and at my blog: Take Me Away...*Edit* Is there any chance of getting a story from Bennett's POV? Because seeing him as he actually time travels would be very intriguing... I picked this up because someone told me it was The Time Traveler's Wife for YA and I have been in the mood fo...
3.5 Stars. Adorable. I'm still not sure how exactly the two characters came to cross paths exactly, but being a quick read, there wasn't much room for lengthy explanations. Simple, cute and a great escape.
