I only made it a few chapters in before I got sick of Antoinette. She's kind of a terrible person.
Antoinette started out as a strong heroine, but got weaker as the book progressed. She spent a lot of time at Christian's house (and hooking up with Christian). Their insta-love happened a little too fast. It wasn't believable since she had hatred for all things vamp. Overall average for me.
I don't like how nowadays "erotic" simply means "graphic sex". To me, erotica should be closer to psychological suspense than romance, but hey - this is why I'm not a writer; just a reader.Maybe it's the short form, but the story's length (or lack thereof) means there's not nearly enough conflict or...
