I really enjoy reading Stephani Hecht books, this one was good but I wish it would of been a longer read.
2.5 starsI think my problem is caused by (1) While it opens with a scene that seems to give us an escalating threat of Pure Born against the Drone Vampires (including more murders of the Drones) but the rest of the plot doesn't really go anywhere near handling that. Pretty good paranormal m/m romance continuing the saga of the Drone Vampires and their wizard allies as a small group road trips to take out a dark wizard. Alas, the scene with the dark wizard was rather anticlimactic. :(
