I have eleven books to my credit. The biggest seller is Creating a Charmed Life; my two Oprah-featured titles are Shelter for the Spirit and Lit from Within; and my newest book is Main Street Vegan. This one has led to such delightful projects as Main Street Vegan Academy, an in-person program to train and certify vegan lifestyle coach/educators (VLCEs); the Main Street Vegan radio show/podcast; and the February 2015 Main Street Vegan cruise -- details on all these are at www.mainstreetvegan.net. I live with my husband, William Melton and our rescue-dog, Forbes, in a "green" condo in NYC. My daughter, Adair Moran, who helped a lot with Main Street Vegan, lives nearby and works as an actor, stunt performer, and licensed wildlife rehabber, working to build NYC's first rescue center for wild mammals, Urban Utopia Wildlife Rehabilitation.Coming up: book number 12, The Good Karma Diet, slated for publication by TarcherPenguin in the spring of next year.
