I really enjoyed this story. This is a new author for me, but I'm now a big fan. This was amazing, sweet and pretty perfect. The whole finger incident was really well done.
3.5 StarsThis sweet little holiday short managed to make me stop and really think about the difficulties inherent in gender identity when inside doesn't match outside.
The title is quite catchy and the two MC's are quite likable. I especially thought Max was such a sweetie. I've only read one other transgender novel before and felt awkward after reading it. 2.5 stars. Ok short m/m holiday romance about a guy who brings some old toys into an antiques shop to be appraised... and things proceed a bit too quickly for me to believe. The insight into being transgendered was the best part of the book.
