I'll add my two cents to the small change of positive opinion about this book. I really liked it and think it's just about the cleverest erotica I've read. It's the only time I can recall laughing out loud while reading erotica, not because it was being ridiculous but because it was genuinely funny....

Baker has some literary credentials, which is surprising considering most of his novels are erotica. I was also surprised when the author added a touch of verisimilitude by using the names of actual Sherwin-Williams colors during the painting sex scene.
so sexy. basically 2 people talk on a sex phone line for an evening discussing what makes men tick (sexually, of course) and what makes women tick (again. you get the point.)This book would of course become more famous because Bill bought Monica a copy.
