Great continuation of a fun YA steampunk series, it reads as a fun romp that is definitely a mid-series book. I continued to enjoy the connections to the adult Parasol Protectorate series. Sophronia and friends, including Felix & Soap, on an adventure/mission with vampires, werewolves, trains, fly...

Love this series, loved this book. A young adult series that emphasizes more the adult although the main characters are high school age. Loved the ending. I'm going to have to read the Parasol Protectorate again and see if these characters are mentioned because except for Sidheag and the Dewan, I ca...

In all honesty I kinda expected this to be the conclusion of the series. Don't ask me why. I just did. So I was kinda surprised when at the end of the book I discovered that well, there is at least one more instalment to come. I enjoyed this instalment, quite a bit. In fact if you would have aske...

Another great installment to this series. Although the bulk of the mystery happened at the last part of the book, the action was throughout as well as the tongue in cheek world in which Sophronia resides. There is a romantic triangle that has built even more within this series. In this one you might...

This book contained less humour than the previous ones, but much more romance and about the usual amount of action. Sophronia's feelings were a bit confusing, and some situations could have been resolved better, but I couldn't put the book down and can't wait for the next one. In short, I loved it!
