Overhyped and boring. Some genius at a company I worked for decided this was some program that they wanted to follow and all in leadership had to read it. It is one of those dime a dozen "change" programs that are popular one moment and fall flat the next.

The only thing I remember liking about this book was the title. It was foisted on us in an economics class during my senior year of high school.
