Wormwood is a worm who inhabits and controls a corpse from the lofty viewpoint of his eye socket, his body suffers serious injury at times but the sentient worm remains unharmed and is able to change bodies. He gets his head blown off and his body ripped in half in a later issue but its quite funny ...
