Amy Poehler's memoir-ish, Yes Please has been on my "get around to it" to it list for quite a while, but I never seemed to until I started this whole audiobook at work experiment. I picked such a good one to start with, I'm actually glad I didn't read it first. Poehler interweaves comedy bits with...
This book has made me shed tears and has made me reflect on my own life. It has made me realize that my actions have consequences, sometimes in a distant future. Life is made of ups and downs, but it's only when you pick yourself up that you see who you really are as a person. If you'd have a...

Turns out Poehler has accomplished so much in her life (so far) by working her ass off and never sleeping. She reveals a little about her life, but not so much as to be embarrassing, mostly giving an overview of different aspects. The chapter on Parks & Rec gives a look into how such a thing is done...
