I honestly cannot believe I found this book so enjoyable! It's been sitting on my shelf since those long ago days before I'd read a million and one different paranormal romance and/or urban fantasy stories. I bought it back when I was rather new to the genres and I used to be all "sexy vampires, qui...

It was a funny book, though Aisling was a bit annoying at points. However, Jim was sure funny. Might pick up another one in the future.

I laughed so hard that I thought I might pee on myself. This woman finds herself in so much trouble that it takes three books work it out. There are dragons, demonic dogs, and tons of otherworldly folks thrown into the mix in order to make this a fun read

A paranormal book that is part of a series with the same heroine so romance had a way back seat but Jim was so funny it upped my rating to 3.5* Courier Aisling is delivering a dragon statue to Paris and meets Drake, a real-life dragon, in his human form.

Actual rating: 3.5Aisling Grey is clueless. But she doesn’t let it stop her from diving head first into a world she had only partially studied but did not believe in. With a cast out demon named Jim–in dog form, no less–as her sidekick, she sets out to solve some murders, and most importantly, get...

You Slay Me had me giggling right from the first page. The book had some hilarious situations that could only happen to a young, English speaking American in Paris. Our heroine Aisling Grey arrives in Paris and learns some extremely useful expressions from her cabbie Rene: ”J’ai une grenouille dans ...

You Slay Me introduces us to Aisling Grey. She's off to deliver a statue for her uncle. When she arrives at the buyer's home, she finds her dead. That's not the only surprise that awaits her there, a hottie named Drake is there and he ends up stealing the statue. This story had some seriously LO...

Aisling Grey is a Guardian, but she doesn't know it. She's never heard of half the things she encounters over the course of this first book in a series, and the book was well written and humorous enough that I'm interested in sticking with her to see how she deals with the 'realities' of being a dr...

"You are too arrogant for your own good. I officially de-mate you. Go away. I never want to see you again. Except maybe tonight. Naked. Your place. But after that, no more."~Aisling GreyA charming little start to a series, this book was. Though I must admit that the heroine at times had me thinking ...

"I need to buy more gold!" Seriously, that was my first thought upon finishing You Slay Me. It's a fun, entertaining read. Yes, it had some ridiculously silly moments but I went in knowing what I was getting into so I didn't mind. It brightened my day and that's all I required from it. The sequel, F...
