This introduction to AiON didn't grab me. It's got a monster of the week feeling, but I found the opening chapters kind of bland. The lead characters didn't hold my interest, either. Hoping volume 2 picks up the pace, because the premise is promising, and I loved Yuna Kagesaki's Chibi-Vampire.
