Considering how many times the books in this series have already been reviewed, I'm not going to bother adding to the collection. Instead, I'm just going to make a bunch of disjointed comments.First thing: audiobook. I am so glad I'm listening to this on audio. In fact, I think one of the aspects I ...

I love the overall story, but feel that at the massive size and scope of things, th...

After reading A Game of Thrones, I suspected that I would be a bit let down with the second book. What I found with the book was that it tended to be bleak and dreary to the point that at times I wondered when I was ever going to get end the least bit happy and I felt that the book seemed to plod o...

Another fantastic read by Martin. I suggest that you listen to the audio book. it is amazing the job that the narrator does in peaking your interest and portraying each character. if you loved the first book, you will not be disappointed with this one.

your need for an editor is showing...I read this so much that I had narrative dreams in the style of Martin's writing. I think I have to take a break from the series for a bit.
