George R.R. Martin, the fabulous ruthless troll on a killing spree, returns with A Clash of Kings, the second book in the series A Song Of Ice And Fire and, again, does wonders in recording the fate of everyone I loved to hate and hated to love in A Game Of Thrones. A Clash Of Kings picks up exactly...

4,5 starsThe amount of aspiring kings in this epic book is astonishing. Westeros is in an all-out war, plagued by conflict between the Lannisters and Robb Stark and between Stannis Baratheon and Renly Baratheon, yet also flanked by Daenerys's future army and the wildlings' approach in the making. Be...

I'm not even sure which one I liked better, the first book or this one... I have to say though that this one had a lot more action, and I also have to say that most of the characters I loved during book one, I kind of started to hate in this book. The next few chapters will be about the characters, ...

I am loving this series and look forward to reading many more in the series. I can't believe that it took me this long to get around to reading this series considering that I am usually all about fantasy and sci fi books. The good thing is that because I waited I now have at least 3 more books to ...

I really liked this book the first time I read it. I think George Martins writing is pretty amazing. Rereading it a second time I'm loving it even more. If I had one complaint the first time is that so much is going on so many characters. This time around knowing the characters I got so much more t...

Time is out of joint. The summer of peace and plenty, ten years long, is drawing to a close, and the harsh, chill winter approaches like an angry beast. Two great leaders—Lord Eddard Stark and Robert Baratheon—who held sway over an age of enforced peace are dead...victims of royal treachery. Now, fr...

My dirty, guilty pleasure continues. To be honest, I don't like this book as much as the 1st or 3rd books, though it is a good, solid read. I kept trying not to rush through some of the portions of the book because I really, really wanted to get to the third book (storm of swords). Basic plot: W...

Whew...that was a monster of a book. This one took me awhile longer to get through than the first and I believe it's because of all the war. Most of this book was fighting and there's only so much beheading I can read in one sitting. However, Martin is amazing in creating characters. The Starks remai...

It took me years to finish this book. I just had better shit to read. In spite of GRRM's obsession with creating list after list of every food that was eaten and every article of clothing ever worn by every character to the point that you just stop having any fucks to give, I really enjoyed the firs...

The second book in the A Song of Ice and Fire series is not one hundred per cent as good as the previous one, but still so very, very good. The characters, the plot, the scenery. Everything is so very alive in this series, and I love it so much. Not a long review, but yes. It's good.
