This book is the best I've read from this author so far.I liked Jordan and Nick immediately.Maybe i likes this book mainly because all the books from Julie James have something in common - the characters meet 3,8 or 9 years ago and made an impression to each other and when they meet after all this ...
I'm hoping this review won't be as awkward and all over the place as my review of Someone Like You. I read this book first last summer. I was studying for the bar and couldn't deal with reading about lawyers so I skipped over book one (though reading about them now isn't helping either, unemployed b...
Julie James has fallen was pushed stepped down from the pedestal of my unreasonably high expectations. She is, after all, just a woman who writes better contemporary romance novels than most. This time I knew what to expect. I knew to expect characters that are strong and coherent, and I knew to expe...
Great book! I couldn't put it down. It was the perfect mix of humor, spice, romance, and suspense. Jordan and Nick were so good together - I loved their chemistry. And the hilarious banter throughout the book had me laughing out loud many times. This was my first book by this author and it won'...

Despite the cloak and dagger elements of the plot, the relaionship side of things is prett...

I so want to live in the world of romance that Ms....
4.5 starsI didn't love this one quite as much as the first but it was pretty darn close. I loved the build of sexual tension that Ms. James places in these books. They don't actually consummate the relationships until well into the book, but these characters sure do smolder right from the beginnin...
