Book 1, [b:A Betting Man|17729973|A Betting Man (Men of Manhattan, #1)|Sandrine Gasq-Dion|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1366248496s/17729973.jpg|24802622], was great. This book was just good. Which is a disappointment. I was ready to be blown away all over again. I wasn't.
I loved this! Sweet romance between Blaine and Spencer (secondary characters from 'A Betting Man'). I'm hoping the author does Slater and Casper's story next. :)
I had read A Betting Man first and loved the characters, the setting, and the pace of the novel, and I dove head first into A Marrying Man with much anticipation. Though in grand soap opera fashion, this follow up novel picks up where the last novel left off and gives the reader a different perspect...
