Excuse me while I go seek out all Sarah MacLean's other historical romances. I find that I simply must read them all. Have you ever picked up a book only to discover that its genre is exactly what you needed? That's what A Rogue by Any Other Name did to me: historical romances are my current choice ...

Aside from wanting to whack Sheffield upside the head I liked this book. Penelope is a good soul, who wants a love-match instead of a business-like marriage. Who can blame her? And if she hadn't grown up with Sheffield and had a history of knowing him and holding him as a dear friend there is no w...

Goodness, I was really torn how to rate this one. I erred on the side of a higher rating because I decided that there was more that I liked than didn't. Their neighbour Marquess of Bourne lost all he owned ten years ago, including the land surro...

3.5 starsAh, Historical Romance. If you were all like this one, you would be my favorite, 2nd favorite ... one of my favorite genres. But really. This book is great fun. And I love the idea of the series being linked to each "rogue" owner of The Fallen Angel. FUN TIMES.

Eeehhhhhh. Less revolting than a lot of other romance novels. Mental floss and candy coating. This would have been better if it were 100 pages shorter, if the heroes eyes had stayed the same color, and if the copy editor hadn't gotten sucked in - as it were - to the lemony bits and had managed to cu...
