If this is early Sarah Mayberry, no wonder her later books are so great. Even as an less experienced author she creates characters and relationships that are complex and three dimensional and feel real. Claire and Jack's insecurities really hit home with me. I think Ms. Mayberry's plots are tighter ...
I haven't read any harliquin romances before, so this is a first. I think this cover doesn't match the characters in the book. I pictured Jack as tall, hard, and handsome which I think the guy on the cover looks to young and soft. Overall, this was a cute and fast read.
