I could go on and on about my adoration for this magnificent tome... I've owned it for about 7 years, and every recipe I've made has been top-notch. It's got 6 different peanut sauce recipes (all tasty), my go-to pizza crust and sauce, and lots of helpful tips. Not just for vegetarians, it's great...
Interesting and excellent recipes that are epicurian but not too difficult. My volume unfortunately has no picutres, which is one of my favorite things about cookbooks, but it doesn't matter. Still 5 stars worth. Oh, and these are vegetarian recipes, not that that should discourage carnivores.
