This "diet" is a really cool idea. You can see all of the science behind it which I find interesting. If you want more info on the "whole food, plant based diet" I'd recommend watching Forks over Knives. If you want to actually do it and need ideas for recipes, then I'd get this book.
I read this book with my grocery list in hand, can't wait to have this approach in mind as I plan meals for the next few weeks. This will be a completely different spin on food choices (from South Beach, etc.) and I'm looking forward to seeing the impact.
