It was odd to see Chess before she became a Debunker. I really hated both Jillian and Trent, although Vaughn was okay. I can't remember the books saying anything about Chess working with the black squad (although she does in one of the books).
I read another review that said this was not for new readers but those who kind of already know the story. I agree and disagree. I think those of us who already know Chess got a lot more insight into who she is but a new reader would get to see the development of her.This was a lot of fun. I enjoyed...
