Same problem here. Sync wasn't working so I disconnected and tried to reconnect, and nothing happens. As Mirkat says it seems to be trying to do something, but the Connect button doesn't go away. I disagree with requiring a generic cover. Many fan fiction works have their own official covers. To find people to follow: Pick a book you adore (preferably a kind of obscure one) and go look at the blogs of people who reviewed it. If they read stuff you like and post stuff you want to read, follow them. What I don't know how to do is find new people who have joined who I should be following. ...
