I remember reading this very young and enjoying it. Mostly now, I have not read it since the movies and those I remember vaguely. However I found it beautifully done and this book is such a darling read. Ugh, emotions ran, I loved the writing and storytelling. Just ugh. Narnia.

Not sure how to rate this book, because I saw the movie first, which changed my expectations, and I have to keep in mind that it was written for children. More later?
