Surprisingly enough I hand't heard very much of the "Honoverse" before diving into ebooks. That what you get for growing up in a backwater nation like Sweden.A really good book. Unfortunately it's got a fair amount of political bullshit and dead stupid asshole high-ranking officers but, at least in ...
My first introduction to Honor Harrington, or the wider 'Honorverse' as it's known. I'd heard a couple of people rave about the series and finding the first two novels available as a free download from the publisher prompted further investigation. Honor originally makes it work but, once the element of surprise is lost, the weapons prove to be a...
Been wanting to read this for awhile, found it for two bucks and I like this slightly older cover more than the newer one anyway. I would read it right now, but I promised myself I'd read some ACTUAL Horatio Hornblower first.
