Review to come. Ahh, this is one of those times when I wish a companion short story would've been incorporated into a main novel because it clarified a few things, but not nearly enough. It manages to stand on its own to a degree. This short story/novella was penned from Alex Kennedy's perspective ...

3.5 stars. This was good, but oh so weird. The first 40% were pretty boring, especially since the two MCs didn't even meet until that mark. But when they did meet it started getting reaaally good. The story selection is outstanding. There isn't a stinker in here. The Halloween reminiscences are pretty uneven. Some authors obviously put some heart and effort into it and others seemed to treat it as an uninspiring chore.

Trevor and Zach were a lovely couple, but I feel their relationship was rushed just a tiny bit. The mentioning of ...

This was a lovely book. Poppy has a certain way of making you care for the character's you're supposed to be disgusted with or hate, and those you are meant to love you feel for deeply as well. Society and morals say that incest is wrong, but in no way did I feel there was anything wrong with Nothin...

This book was recommended to me by several online friends. They were surprised I hadn't read it nor heard of the author. I began this book with high hopes. I read 2 pages of a preview on Amazon, and decided this would be a book I'd need to own. When I finally had it in my hands I was excited. My hop...

This book is demented. It's the most obscene and grotesque thing I have ever read. Like looking at crime scene photos and being unable to look away. And yet I enjoyed it so much it made my teeth ache. But I very much feel the need to wash out the inside of my skull now. It is definitely not for the ...
