It’s an ok novel and I breezed through it quickly enough. It’s certainly a harmless, fluffy book. But I’m not particularly feeling the need to pick up the next one. It’s a 2.5 star book for sure, enjoyable but only if you don’t think about it.

surprisingly charming romance. felt like all the plot happened in the last 20 min, but very charming.
This is a very cool story. I was a little disgusted reading about the Kai, this wraith-like race. Brishen the hero is a Kai and Ildiko, the heroine is a human royal. The cover actually helped me picture Brishen in my mind and I don't find the cover so bad like other reviewers. I did have trouble pic...
