Find more reviews at The Demon Librarian.Classic ColeFans of the IAD series will have no trouble getting into this new spin-off. Other than it not being set in the human realm, and having a new type of "misting" vampire to learn about, it was pretty much business as usual. Which in Cole's case means...
3-1/2 stars. It took me some time to get into the story in the beginning. Most of the rest of the book is Kresley Cole awesome-sauce. Trehan's control and restraint is definitely on the the opposite alpha spectrum of Lothaire. I kinda wanted him to lose it a bit sometimes. The end was a little meh. ...

Same story - unreasonable characters, female character that needs saving, full of testerone males, big huge misunderstanding, and happily ever after. Still, the book is good; though I truly hate the o...
