I liked the focus on Logan here. I've been quite curious about what goes on in his mind, as he sometimes seems something of an enigma. Fleshing him out a bit was a smart move on Estep's part. Nice seque between books.
Since this is a novella, I'll keep this short and sweet. I loved seeing things from Logan's point of view and that this was still a new story, with only vaguely overlapping scenes, not the exact same plot via a new perspective.
