Series review:This is a series I have wanted to read for awhile and finally got the chance to when a group member on goodreads nominated it for a challenge. Well only the first book, but I couldn’t stop there, I devoured the series in a about 4 days!Tally Youngblood’s world was absolutely fascinatin...
This one pales in comparison to the previous two. It kind of feels like a rehashing of the plot of Pretties without much extra. The writing is different as well. Each book contained more and more of the colloquialisms of the culture Westerfeld created in the actual narrative.
I mostly skimmed this book, I wasn't a fan of Tally through the majority of it. While she's always been a bit self-centered, in Specials, she was too angry, too hateful. I liked the overall series and love the idea of it. I just didn't really connect with any of characters. I don't think I'm going t...
It was just ok. bleh! I don't know what it is, but I am starting to get so bored with the dystopian YA novels. They all seem to follow the same formula of two (or more) kids in "love" that fight the government (that NO adults are fighting or they are not really in the picture)
This book was a rather unsatisfying installment in the Uglies series. Things were just all over the places, events weren't described well, and some things just wrapped up all too neatly. Tally became more annoying, and by the end of the book I wasn't fond of any of the characters.
Good concept, but I wasn't too fond of the writing. It lacked a little emotion, which suited the story but didn't make me enjoy it as much as I could've. Solid though.

This book was FRUSTRATING. I can't figure out if I want to give three stars or two, because I am just SO angry with how this book ended. I may have to let this one resonate for a while before I decide how I really felt about it. I feel like reading this book is the equivalent of jumping off a cliff ...
