Capitol Magic - Mindy Klasky

I enjoyed the book. It is an 88-page novella/short-story type of thing (which I don't usually care for). Kind of a snippet of two characters guaranteed to be trouble, Sarah from Fright Court and Jane from Magic and the Modern Girl, Girl's Guide to Witchcraft, and Sorcery and the Single Girl.

 

I suspect readers not familiar with the characters would not enjoy. I read kindle version which has about 70% story and then extras including generous excerpts from author's other books.

 

Very unlikely to be pivotal to either character or series.  But some funny moments making it worth the read.

Girl's Guide to Witchcraft (Jane Madison, #1) - Mindy Klasky I ended up skimming this one. Very chick lit, very little magic, but I'm done. I guess I was supposed to have a "girl power" feeling at the end, but I just didn't feel it. I didn't care enough about the MC to want her to have a HEA.
