"For years now, I’ve just been bored, bored, bored, with evil. It’s just not interesting. Evil wears a top hat and it has tap shoes and a cape and it’s on stage and it’s hollerin’. And goodness is always backstage, sort of waving, but [evil] takes up all the energy because it is nothing. It gotta have a costume. It’s gotta be loud. It’s gotta be bloody."

This a really high paced novel by the bestselling author of The Noah's Ark
Rogue Wave - Boyd Morrison

This novel is a high paced novel. The protaganist has only sixty minutes  to save a million people. The people who have not read this book, are unknown to real thriller.

Although they had nothing in common with the views of each other, they had everything in common with one thing: the promise and threat of men. Here, they agreed, was where security and risk lay. And both had come to terms. Some, like Lina, who had experienced both deliverance and destruction at their hands, withdrew. Some. like Sorrow, who apparently were never coached by other females, became their play. Some like her shipmates fought them. Others, the pious, obeyed them. And a few like herself, after a mutual loving relationship, became like children when the man was gone.

Look at yourself. You free. Nothing and nobody is obliged to save you but you. Seed your own land. You young and a woman and there's series limitations in both, but you a person too. Don't let Lenore or some trifling boyfriend and certainly no devil doctor decide who you are. That's slavery. Somewhere inside you is that free person I'm talking about. Locate her and let her do some good in the world.
