I'm reading Nunslinger: The Complete Series, but I thought it would be easier to rate every book as I finish them before I rate all of them as one.

It's taking me forever to read this book. I think the problem is that it's divided into books instead of chapters so even though I plan to read a book a day is it more like I read a book and then forget about the whole book for a while and then I have to remember what happened in the last book before and then I read one book and forget to read for a while again. I've been doing this since late last year...

The books are OK, they aren't boring to read, I just can't seem to get myself devoted to the book and read it all instead of reading one book at the time. The books aren't that long around 60 pages long. But I will try to get this book finished before 2016!

Sister Thomas Josephine is still on the run and I have a feeling that it's just not going to get easier for her since it's a couple of books left to read...

Sister Thomas Josephine has finally found sanctuary in a small Maxican city, or has she? Carthy is with her, badly wonded after she shot him, but she still try to keep him aliave even though he is the one that have chased her and Abe. 

 

I actually kind of started to like Carthy in this book and that felt a bit weird, but he did do a kind thing towards the end of the book. Need to read more to see how it goes. Josephine is still one bad ass nun! But where is Abe? Was it really the last we saw of him in the last book?

Fortunately Josephine is one hell of a nun!

 

 

 

Taking a 5-months break from reading a book, is not that wise, but it was not that hard getting back into the story. But I'm starting to wonder how everything is going to end. Josephine can't seem to stay out of problem and trust me everything seems to get worse all the time. They can't even take a boat trip without running into trouble...

In this book we find sister Thomas Josephine and Abe fleeing over Sierra Nevada for the safety of Sacramento, California. Will they finally find a safe place or are they just prolonging the inevitable capturing? And when will they finally give in to to their passion (well the last part is more my thinking then the book, but come on alone with a rugged man in the wilderness even a nun must feel a bit tempted)...

 

 

I must say that sister Thomas Josephine has a talent for finding trouble, one would think that staying away from trouble would be a good idea, especially since she is wanted for murder. But noooo...at least she has Abe by her side saving her ass!

 

I thought I would finish book 3 in this series before this year was over. Will continue reading this book series next year...;)
