Double Feature: Attack of the Soul-Sucking Brain Zombies/Bride of the Soul-Sucking Brain Zombies
Double Feature: Attack of the Soul-Sucking Brain Zombies/Bride of the Soul-Sucking Brain Zombies - Brent Hartinger,Josh Hurley,Vanessa Johansson
Audible

I'm kinda disappointed with the third book. I had noticed that an audiobook had in addition to Josh Hurley, a new, female narrator. image But I didn't know that Vanessa Johansson would tell me THE SAME STORY, but from Min's POV.image

I am not a big fan of female narrating and even less a fan of reading or listening the same story from different points of view. image Especially, when the story itself, comparing to the previous books, is less entertaining and too melodramatic for my taste.image

But I like Russel and still it was fun to listen to his thoughts.image
I can't say the same about Min's POV. I found it pretty boring and flat, and after struggling through the half of it, I decided to give up. image

I hope I'll have Russel PURE in the last book of the series. image

The Soul is in the Brain - Review
El alma está en el cerebro - Eduard Punset

A very basic introduction to neuroscience ideas and models of how the mind works.

The language is very simple, the content is also simple, nothing too complex or overloaded with scientific jargon, so almost anyone can read this (12-13 years and up).

It may be for you if you'we never read anything about how neuroscientist think about the brain and it's connection to consciousness and what we call the soul.

It is by far not a comprehensive presentation on all there is to know, or that one should know but rather the bare necessities.

So read this if the subject seems interesting but you don't quite feel ready to read through a 600 + page manual on brain research.
