"The Fist That Bound Me" by Trinity Dekane

My Thoughts...

What a well written story with so much sadness and emotional pain that dealt with such domestic abusive violence that happened to these girls [Jade, Corrina, Telissa & Dee] that many have gone through. How they made it through it was really a horrible story. I still wish Jade would have told her mother on just what was going on with her father. But oh well this happens and naturally Jade would end up with someone like Greg who used 'his badge for all the wrong reasons.' However, thank God Malcolm comes into the picture and to learn the rest of the story you will have to pick up this phenomenal good read to see who well this author brings out this journey all out to the reader. I found this story a very realistic one and that ending was really something!

I love what the author also presents to the readers concerning this subject matter at the end of the read. Would I recommend this novel? YES!

My Thoughts...

What a SAD read! Â This author really knows how to mess with our feelings because this was one emotional, dramatic and Â abusive read that I have ever read [and please believe me I have read many!]. Â Both of these characters needed help. For poor Trinity...from that horrible mom and husband and for Philip the husband...he definitely needed lots of help too. Â It was nice in the way the story went about Trinity finally coming to peace with all her mother had done to her. Â At least the mom was now off of the drugs and had found God. Â The story wrapped up in a neat package but I was definitely not satisfied with how that husband got away with so much and it wasn't really dealt with! Â It is my understand that a lots of people have been faced with this type of abuse and all that can be said and done is when they finally get feed up hopefully they will be able to get out of the situation alive. Â For Trinity it seems like there maybe light through that tunnel for her that she will get a much better life. I am still left Â me saying wow that was some read and please understand that this read is not for the 'faint of heart.'

What will happen for these two ...Danny and Stephanie as it seems that all the odds are against them.
"Will these two find a way to stay together or will they allow others to interrupt their union?"

‘Til Death by J. Summers ...

Wow, what a interesting anthology that you will have to pick up and read for yourself. When it seems like all has failed....and fate has comes to Maine what will be left for Sade?... "Will her efforts and sacrifice to save her love prove to be worthy or will they be a all in vain?" What a ending for Maine and Sade!

I enjoyed all three of these anthologies. These authors did a wonderful job with there stories making them seem so very real. I would recommend this novel "The Way My Heart Love You" to all of you who especially like unexpected endings.
