Favorite book(s) of the month: Where I Found You
Books started this month but haven't finished yet: Mörderische Hingabe, Renegade Red
How is january already over? How does time work?
No but seriously, I had so many appointments this last month and if you know me, I'm not one for leaving the house, having appointments always throws me off and my mind makes everything a bigger deal than it has to be. But anyways, I'm actually surprised how many books I have read this month. I mean there is a short story in there and a comic, also an audio book but still...I'm happy with myself!!! I'm also very happy with the quality of the books I have read, I wanted to put them all as my favorite books but there is actually only one book, that I'm still thinking about a lot, so I just wrote that one down.
Another one of my Amazon Prime Reads. (btw I'm super behind on those, so I need to read some comics in the net couple of days)
After finishing the first season of the tv show, I was just in need of some more Punisher in my life. And with this Volume, I got exactly what I wanted. It wasn't much about the story (even though, I really liked the story in the comic), it was just about the dude himself. I love him. Not gonna lie. He's brutal and all that but still, I love him. He's just a very different kind of hero.
Two cats of different colors meet for the first time. Each is full of disdain for the other based on color. Then they think and decide to become the other one. Both discover both are needed and good. Neither is better than the other.
I liked the rhyming. It was fun to read aloud. The illustrations are wonderful. It teaches a lesson we all need but it doesn't preach.
