Freak of Nature (Lost Witch Trilogy #1) by Katie Lee O'Guinn
Freak of Nature: Book 1 in the Lost Witch Trilogy (Volume 1) by Katie Lee O'Guinn (2012-10-29) - Katie Lee O'Guinn
This book follows the story of Sarah, an 18 year old who admits to having Psychokinesis but refuses to admit anything else.

This book is a rarity in the fact that Sarah is actually likeable and doesn't seem to have too many flaws (apart from the inability to admit that she's a witch) and doesn't whinge and whine all the way through the book. She also deals with things that fall in her lap instead of just waiting the main male to deal with her problems for her. Now don't get me wrong, Zane WANTS to protect Sarah and do things for her but she won't let him.

The relationship between these two is very well-written as there is a connection at the start but no 'insta-love'. Sarah tells Zane that he freaks her out as he is moving too fast and she firmly puts him in the Friend Zone until Friday when he's allowed to flirt :D

Lash is an interesting twist in this book and the relationship between the three is brilliant to read. There are enough fantastic characters in this book to make it a very enjoyable read without being overwhelmed. I loved the grandma that appears at the end of the book!!!

Fun, witty, entertaining. Loved it!

Freak of Nature
Freak of Nature - Julia Crane

Good hello everyone and how's it going? I'm doing pretty good! Well, I'm going to do a quick review on Freak of Nature by Julia Crane. I was suppose to put this up yesterday, but it was Memorial Day and I got caught up doing something else. So, this is my make up and yet another book review yay!

This book is about 17 yr old Katilyn who is figuring out her life. The only thing is...she's a cyborg! Half human, half robot; when she had her body donated to science, she never expect this life.

This story was just amazing, adorable, cute, and interesting. It pulled me in right away in the first couple of pages! The characters are well written and so is everything else. Kate is smart, caring, and trying to understand how humans talk. She was built to be a super solider with no emotions, but whatever they do to her she still has them. She has a best friend name Quess who is younger then her and she helps Kate out with all that she is remembering and what certain things mean. Quess is also, very protective over Kate and does not like the idea of her being hold up in a lab. Lucas is a young researcher and he also helped build Kate, he is a genius for his age of 21, and after all that he has done to her. He ends up falling for her and he feels guilty because she doesn't show any emotions. What Lucas doesn't know is that Kate has falling for him too, but doesn't want to show it, because they might remove what is left of her emotions. In the end it all turns out to be good...no amazing lol!

The book like I said is amazing in my opinion and I would totally recommend this one! Now, I just have to get the others in this series and see where it would take me! Also, if you do decided to get the book it does have some sexual content in it, but not enough to  make you go what in the hell!

Well, that's it from me! I hope you all have a great day/night where ever you are and until tomorrow!

TOODLES!!!

Freak of Nature
Freak of Nature - Julia Crane

I started reading this book while waiting for a plant shop to open. Why I didn't continue one that I'm already reading I don't really know, probably the title intrigued me. Read 1 chapter and it's already drawn me in. This is promising.

Freak of Nature
Freak of Nature - Julia Crane I have found my new favorite series! Or at least one to add to the large list of favorites.

The basic idea of the novel is that a girl named Kaitlyn said that it was okay for her body to go to science after she died. Little did she know that she would die very young and her body wouldn't just go to some medical school. It was brought to a private company that made her a robot. That is right, Kaitlyn is a robot. Well mostly.

I absolutely loved Kaitlyn as a character. I even found her relatable which might say a lot about myself as a kind of emotionless person but oh well. Also, how badass would it be to have teal robot parts? I'd rock that look for sure.

The plot was so-so and there was some problem's I had with Lucas' actions at times but overall, everything was good. The book seemed like more of a prequel to the stories to come.

Can't wait to read the next one and hope there is many more to come!
