However, many colleges and institutes had got a stay order and conducted private exams for admission to their MBBS and BDS programs. Last NEET-UG was held on 6 May 2018 and results were announced on4 June of the same year.

Undergraduate programs at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research are outside the NEET’s purview, as these institutes were set up by separate rules.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is popularly known as NEET, is the gateway for Medical & Dental Under Graduate Courses offered by India’s famous Medical colleges. The score of the NEET Exam is considered by all the medical colleges to provide admission in various MBBS/BDS courses.

Every year lakhs of students appear in this exam, which is the reason behind the increased competition level of NEET. This is an entrance exam which tests your knowledge of Physics, Biology and Chemistry subjects.
