This book snapped me from a cold winter mood into a summer one. It was such a heart felt contemporary masterpiece. I've read another one of emery's books " Open Road Summer" which I loved. So going into this book I had high expectations and this book did not disappoint. I had a bookgasm. That went a little something like this.....
Don't Judge me we all had that moment and when you do that's when you know it's a good book.This is definitely a book to read in the summer at home with the AC open but i just couldn't wait that long.
Where do I even begin about the relationship between Max and Paige. They are legitimate relationship goals, even though every book couple is also one. They're so cute and hilarious. Like that one time in the closet, it was so awkward and when they tried to fake it, it was hilarious. Glad I didn't read it in public. But i got so upset like my heart was torn, when they got mad at each other and didn't talk.
However that just made the ending that much better. The ending was so creative. like who would have thought of doing that sort of activity. It was so cute that the teacher was in on it with Max and like he waited outside for her. Then they ran and hugged and kissed.
