Overall, a good book. I did enjoy it, some stories more than others. I especially enjoyed all of the doodles and notes from the authors themselves. It was very insightful.

I muszę przyznać,...

I read this book a while back, so my memory of it has dimmed a bit. I really love the heck out of both Benna Yovanoff and Maggie Stiefvater. Tessa Gratton is the third member of their writer's group, the Merry Sisters of Fate. They have published one joint book of stories, The Curiosities, that ...

A copy of this book was provided to me by the publisher in exchange for my honest review. I don't normally read anthologies at all. I actually shy away from them. After reading Grim, I plan on changing that. This is a perfect example of what can happen when you combine excellent young adult authors ...

The Curiosities is a collection of mostly unedited short stories, complete with notes from the author that discuss their inspiration for the story, some of the reasons why they chose certain ideas, and what they were hoping to accomplish with it. I loved getting a glimpse into Maggie, Tessa, and Bre...

The Key by Rachel Hawkins: I’m a big fan of Rachel Hawkins, and this story did not disappoint. I didn’t see the ending coming, and I love when that happens. The Key was a great way to start this anthology, and added in the right amount of creepy. Figment by Jeri Smith-Ready: I loved this story. It...

Don't let the title fool you. Interesting set-up, but I don't understand why Emmett suddenly changed how he felt about Elise.Merged review:Impossible wishes are requested to prevent incest-rape. Only the requests aren't impossible, because of magic.

This book, while at first overwhelming leaving me feeling like I had been dumped in the middle of a series, was amazing. I loved the stories and mythology and the gods and everything. It was enchanting! Such a good story! I have to know what the rest of the world thinks!

I'm not sure what I was expecting. I don't know; it's hard to explain how I felt about it. I loved it and I didn't care and then I was flapping my hands like a crazy girl and then I was disappointed and then it was over.It started out with Insta!love/attraction by page 5 and I had this dread that I ...

there are some really chewy stories here, and reading Yovanoff & Gratton's inclusions makes me want to read their longer works for sure.the only gripe I have is I found the banter and self-congratulatory talk grating after a while. I'm sure it's all valid, they did learn stuff from doing this, and I...
