I´m always looking for books with great children characters, so this book did not disappointed me. The main characters, Reynie (witty, the leader), Sticky (intelligent, nervous), Kate (nimble, super-hero type) and Constance (crunky, little girl) were very likable children. None of them was perfect, ...
Four orphans (Renie, Constance, Sticky and Kate) are screened to become a group of spys to dismantle a plot to take over the world. Sent undercover to the Nomanisan Island, they must not only figure out what is happening, but also how to stop it. Loved this book. It was a little bit long in the be...
This book was so good. The characters, the queer tests, the mission they went out for, the things uncovered, and to top it off- The ending was wonderful. It made me smile so much my jaw hurt.I enjoyed seeing how they worked as a team in order to succeed, utilizing the skills of every person in order...

I would have identified (probably wrongly) with those too-smart kids, sympathized over the blindness of adults, thrilled to the dangers, and learned something from the puzzles. Now, alas, whet...
