I found this book intriguing....told from the perspective of a devil trying to damn a soul, but is meant to illuminate how to live a righteous life.
I read this book and thought it was hilarious. This tongue in cheek perspective between a higher and lower demon on how to tempt humans made me think. It was a good discussion point with some of my Christian friends. I recommend it for all Christians to read.
The Spouse and I share a weirdly specific item: we both wrote papers on Screwtape whilst in high school. I don't follow the Lewis theology at all, but I think his psychology is sound, and he is surprisingly funny.
