Wichita, Kansas is town of truly honest, God-fearing people in middle America. Kansas is often referred to as the Buckle of the Bible Belt and was built on the prairie flats of the Midwest. It is a community where people felt safe leaving their doors unlocked and a stranger was a friend not yet met. That is, until a serial killer began to prowl the streets looking for fresh victims. Why BTK? The killer named himself that in a show of narcissist cruelty. B was for Bind, T was for Torture, and K was for Kill. His reign of terror would continue of the next thirty years.
