There is no such thing as a Kobo Edition here on BL either. It's a bit of a quirk in the 'add book' system: as librarians we can only use what is on the pull down menu which is pretty much the same as the list you gave above (including audio) but when you Add a New Book, you're able to write in a format (which I assume is for special editions like leather bound or... something even more special than leather-bound). So occasionally someone adds their book in with "kobo" or "pamphlet" or whatever. I change them to the appropriate format whenever I see them.
